Deep ruby in color, and aromas of blueberry, blackberry, black currant, plum, black cherry cola, cedar, and baking spices. On the palate black plum, blackberry, black cherry, nutmeg, cloves, with firm tannins. There's something chocolatey in there, like a chocolate-covered blueberry or cherry cordial. Pair this bold Cabernet with aged parmesan bison sliders, blue cheese stuffed portobello mushrooms, beef tenderloin, or whiskey grilled baby back ribs.
