This vineyard is less than a mile from our estate property and sits adjacent to a rolling hill. This process involves a second fermentation in the bottle, creating the wine’s delicate bubbles and nuanced flavors. After aging on the lees, the wine develops creamy, toasty notes that harmonize beautifully with its lively fruit character, delivering a classic yet distinctive expression.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family:\" times new roman\u003eThe Wine:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"white-space:pre;\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family:\" times new roman\u003eGracie’s Sparkling is named after the 5th grandchild, Gracie Blake. On the palate, flavors of green apple, ripe pear, and zesty lemon mingle with a creamy, smooth texture, complemented by lively bubbles and a refreshing, dry finish. Its effervescent character makes it an ideal partner for celebrations or casual enjoyment.
